Job summary

The Telecom/Security Systems Field Superintendent will operate in Claude, TX, leading the low voltage electrical team on large hi-tech builds. You will supervise subcontractors, manage RFIs, and oversee QA/QC, safety, and schedule adherence on site, reporting to the Electrical Project Superintendent and Electrical Construction Manager.

Qualifications

• Five years or more in low voltage electrical construction, with large industrial experience.
• Experience supervising multiple subcontractors on hi-tech projects.
• Proficient with CSI specs, Windows/Microsoft Office 365, and project management tools.
• Ability to interpret designs and ensure installations meet codes and specs.
• Strong communication and coordination with clients, engineers, and trades.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate day-to-day activities with superintendents and subcontractors.
• Supervise multiple subcontractors and craft employees.
• Maintain and adjust project schedule daily.
• Manage RFIs and submittals for client/architect review.
• Oversee cost control and QA/QC program.
• Ensure adherence to safety protocols and site rules.
• Resolve design and constructability issues on site.
• Respond to client requests with technical problem-solving.
• Interpret installations per local codes and site specs.
• Support field conditions data for cost estimates and staffing.
