Cadence Technology Services in Town and Country, MO is seeking a Project Coordinator to help keep complex telecommunications projects on track from concept to completion. You will work closely with the sales team, providers, and clients to ensure a smooth, positive experience and timely updates.

The ideal candidate is organized, proactive, and people oriented, with strong communication skills, a hands-on mindset, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Excellent customer service and written/oral communication.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office 365 (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams).
• Working knowledge of Windows operating systems.
• Able to multitask and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Willingness to learn and apply technical information.

Responsibilities

• Oversee project development from conception to completion.
• Coordinate with carriers/vendors and scheduling third parties.
• Maintain clear customer communication and updates.
• Track equipment orders and logistics for installs.
• Document services and installations with accurate records.
• Travel to local client sites for installations.
• Assist in installs and on-site project implementation.
• Troubleshoot technology issues with senior teammates.
