Job summary

Cadence Technology Services, a nationwide telecommunications firm, seeks a Project Coordinator to join our team in Town and Country, MO. You will work closely with sales, providers, and clients to keep projects on track and ensure a positive experience from start to finish.

The ideal candidate is organized, proactive, and people oriented, with strong communication and MS Office 365 skills. This is a full-time, onsite role based in Missouri.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Strong customer service and communication skills necessary.
• Proficiency with MS Office 365 (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams).
• Solid knowledge of Windows OS and Teams usage.

Responsibilities

• Oversee project development from conception to completion.
• Interface with carriers/vendors.
• Schedule third parties/vendors.
• Maintain clear customer communication and updates.
• Coordinate equipment orders and logistics for installs.
• Educate customers on available technologies and solutions.
• Handle complex tasks with initiative within defined guidelines.
• Document services and installations with accurate records.
• Travel to client sites locally to meet vendors and ensure smooth installations.
• Participate in installs and onsite project implementation.
• Troubleshoot technology issues with senior team members.
