Qualifications

• 2-5 years deskside/on-site network support experience.
• Cisco WAN/LAN/WLAN environment with racks, routers and switches.
• Experience with monitoring and incident response tools.

Responsibilities

• Overseeing installation, verification and maintenance of telecom equipment and IP networks.
• Manage LAN infrastructure, UPS, Wi-Fi, and IP phone devices.
• Document network configurations and troubleshoot outages.
• Test and re-program circuits, equipment and alarms; collaborate with engineers.
• Provide executive-level telecommunication support and maintain customer rapport.
