Zusammenfassung

IES Holdings seeks a Journeyman on-site coordinator and crew supervisor for voice and data installation projects. Your role includes ensuring safety, quality, and efficiency while leading staff and coordinating with the Project Manager.

You will handle project paperwork, perform quality checks, and serve as the main on-site contact for customers. A Limited Energy license and three years in telecommunications are required, with six months supervisory experience.

Qualifikationen

• Must possess at least a High School diploma or GED equivalency.
• Must have a Limited Energy license or the required hours needed to obtain a license with the state of Oregon
• Must possess a minimum of three (3) years of experience in telecommunications or related technical field.
• Must be able to terminate fiber.
• Must possess a minimum of six (6) months supervisory and/or managerial experience.
• Must possess and be able to effectively use the tools listed above.
• Must have proven skill level to interpret blueprints and other project documents, including but not limited to, specifications, reporting and quality requirements.
• Must know the universal communications color codes.
• Must possess and be proficient with the listed tools
• Must be proficient with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel and MS Project).
• Must meet Company minimum driving standards.

Aufgaben

• Lead on-site crews and supervise staff, ensuring safety, quality, and timely project completion.
• Coordinate with Project Manager to maintain productivity and budget compliance.
• Complete all required IES Commercial paperwork (timesheets, work orders, etc.) on time.
• Conduct quality checks and prepare red-lined as-built drawings.
• Serve as main on-site customer contact for inquiries and meetings.
• Troubleshoot technical issues and resolve problems promptly.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.
