Job summary

CCCI, a Velociti Company, seeks an experienced Project Manager to lead telecommunications, structured cabling, and data center infrastructure projects from kickoff through closeout. This onsite role is based in Dulles, VA, coordinating customers, field teams, and subcontractors to deliver on time and safely.

You will manage budgets, schedules, and scope while maintaining quality and customer satisfaction, with opportunities for follow-on work and leadership growth within Velociti’s growing

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED.
• 5 years of project coordination or project management in telecom, structured cabling, low-voltage, or data center infra.
• Experience managing telecom, structured cabling, or data center projects.
• Strong knowledge of copper, fiber optic, structured cabling, and telecom infra.
• Experience developing estimates, labor forecasts, schedules, and budgets.
• Knowledge of contracts, change orders, scope management, and financial controls.
• Strong communication, leadership, problem-solving, negotiation, and customer service.
• Valid driver’s license with acceptable driving record.

Responsibilities

• Manage multiple telecom, structured cabling, and data center projects from initiation through closeout.
• Develop execution plans, schedules, budgets, labor estimates, and material takeoffs.
• Review contracts, drawings, specs, and technical documentation to define scope.
• Keep projects moving forward while balancing scope, schedule, budget, quality, and customer expectations.
• Serve as primary point of contact; build relationships with customers, vendors, subcontractors, internal teams.
• Lead project meetings and provide clear, proactive communication.
• Identify opportunities for follow-on work and report to leadership.
• Coordinate manpower, resources, materials, and schedules with field teams.
• Monitor field productivity, quality, safety, milestones.
• Verify BOMs, pathway capacity, containment, equipment requirements.
