Job summary

CCCI is seeking a Project Manager to plan, coordinate, and deliver telecommunications, structured cabling, and data center infrastructure projects. You will manage projects from initiation to closeout, ensuring safety, schedule, budget, and customer satisfaction in line with CCCI standards.

You will serve as the primary customer contact, coordinating with Operations, field leadership, vendors, subcontractors, and internal teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in construction management, Engineering, Business, Project Management, or related field preferred.
• 5+ years of progressively responsible project coordination or project management experience within telecommunications, structured cabling, lowvoltage, or commercial construction.
• Demonstrated experience managing commercial structured cabling, telecommunications, lowvoltage, or data center infrastructure projects.
• Strong knowledge of copper and fiber optic infrastructure, structured cabling systems, and telecommunications construction.
• Proven experience developing project estimates, labor forecasts, schedules, and budgets.
• Working knowledge of contract administration, change management, and project financial controls.

Responsibilities

• Manage telecommunications, structured cabling, and data center infrastructure projects, including multiple concurrent projects.
• Serve as primary customer contact and ensure communication and customer satisfaction.
• Review specifications, drawings, contracts to develop and maintain execution plans.
• Prepare and maintain scopes, labor estimates, budgets, and schedules with internal review.
• Track financial performance including budgets, costs, forecasts, invoicing support, and change orders.
