Job summary

Advanced Commercial Communications, LLC is seeking a dependable Technology Field Support Technician to join our growing team. This role provides hands-on on-site support for TV and display mounting, equipment setup, workstation refreshes, and other routine field tasks.

The ideal candidate enjoys technology, works well with tools, and is eager to learn. A high school diploma or equivalent, valid driver's license, and reliable transportation are required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma, GED, or equivalent.
• Valid driver’s license and acceptable driving record.
• Reliable transportation for reporting to locations and sites.
• Professional attitude and respectful communication with customers.
• Comfortable lifting up to 50 pounds and using basic tools safely.
• Willingness to travel locally and regionally within Oregon.

Responsibilities

• Complete scheduled onsite field-support tasks using established instructions and checklists.
• Assist with TV, display, monitor, and equipment mounting projects.
• Unbox, stage, inventory, label, assemble, and place technology equipment.
• Assist with workstation refreshes, equipment swaps, and office moves.
• Record serial numbers, asset tags, and inventory details.
• Take clear photos, document work, and update service-ticket notes.
• Maintain clean, safe work areas and communicate professionally with customers.
