Job summary

AMG Tech Support is seeking skilled, driven technicians for nationwide IT/Telecom support. You will perform OS installations, hardware diagnostics, network tasks, and field cabling across diverse sites, with on-call availability and travel within your territory.

Ideal candidates have 1 year of IT/Telecom experience, plus A+ or Network+ or 5+ years of verifiable field experience. A vehicle and tools are required for on-site work.

Qualifications

• Hands-on I.T./Telecom role requiring practical tech tasks and field servicing.
• Field assignments across various environments (retail, medical, restaurant, corporate).
• On-site work with some travel within territory.

Responsibilities

• OS installations, hardware diagnostics, and software setup.
• Structured cabling including drilling, running, and dressing cables.
• Telecom work (punch-downs, demarc extensions).
• Work independently across various environments and be on call.
