Job summary

RTX is seeking an entry-level logistics specialist to support Naval Power programs by developing integrated logistics services such as interactive electronic technical manuals (IETMs) and managing configuration data for logistics operations.

You will collaborate with a multi-disciplinary team, receive coaching and early-career support, and contribute to shared objectives while advancing your logistics data management skills. Travel is expected up to 10% and a security clearance is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in technical writing or a related field by start date.
• Experience with MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, SharePoint, PowerPoint).
• Able to meet physical requirements to lift up to 25 lbs in a shipyard environment.
• Experience may be gained through on-the-job experience, coursework, or projects.

Responsibilities

• Support logistic engineering duties and collaborate with peers and customers.
• Create accurate logistics products from source documents per S1000D, vendors and engineering data.
• Develop technical data for IETMs per S1000D and program guidance.
• Work in EAGLE logistics environment to manage and edit data.
• Research data and format for IETMs/technical manuals.
• Interface with team leads and stakeholders across disciplines.
• Travel up to 10% for domestic assignments.
• Learn diverse data including engineering drawings, parts lists, vendor data, and change notices.
