Job summary

RTX seeks a training specialist to deliver technical sessions on electronics, torque, soldering, and safety-wire to production teams. You will develop engaging content, align with ITD methodologies, and collaborate with engineers, operators, and leaders to ensure timely training across shifts.

The role requires STEM education and 2+ years of relevant instructional experience, IPC certifications, and LMS familiarity; DoD security clearance may be required.

Qualifications

• Experience delivering technical instruction to groups of ten or more.
• Ability to obtain and maintain IPC instructor certifications within defined timeframes.
• Experience using a Learning Management System (LMS).
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.

Responsibilities

• Deliver training sessions in person or virtually to groups of 10+.
• Build proficiency in electronics, torque, soldering, and safety-wire.
• Create and deliver engaging training content following standards.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address priorities.
• Provide solder-related SME support to factory personnel.
