Job summary

ASSA ABLOY Entrance Systems AB in Berlin, CT is seeking a Customer Service Technical Support Specialist to provide technical information and support to customers, field sales, and internal teams. The role includes troubleshooting, root-cause analysis, and training on the floor, with limited travel for field issues.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years in a customer facing role.
• Strong analytic and logical problem-solving skills.
• Hands-on mechanical aptitude with installation experience.
• Ability to communicate effectively with customers and internal teams.
• Proficient in MS Outlook, Word, Excel.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical information and support to internal and external customers.
• Answer product support calls, chats and emails for Secuitech products.
• Act as liaison of product information from field to Profit Center Managers.
