Qualifications
- Strong mechanical aptitude with hands-on experience in industrial equipment, tools, or production systems.
- Experience performing preventative maintenance and calibrations.
- Comfort working with technical systems, configurations, and diagnostics.
- Familiarity with data systems and production databases.
Responsibilities
- Diagnose and resolve complex mechanical, electrical, and process issues.
- Lead root cause investigations to minimize downtime and quality concerns.
- Provide rapid technical support to maximize uptime and equipment reliability.
- Collaborate with customer teams to improve manufacturing performance.
- Prepare technical reports and recommendations from production data.
