Job summary

Atlas Copco Tools & Assembly Systems LLC seeks a Technical Site Lead to serve as the primary technical resource at Woodward Inc. in Rockford, IL, delivering hands-on troubleshooting, maintenance, calibration, and optimization to maximize uptime and performance.

You will work closely with customer production, engineering, maintenance, and quality teams, driving continuous improvement and ensuring contractual service commitments are met from a technically focused on-site role.

Qualifications

• Hands-on technical leadership with focus on maintenance, calibration, and troubleshooting.
• Experience supporting manufacturing environments and customer sites.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills for on-site delivery.

Responsibilities

• Provide advanced troubleshooting, maintenance, calibration support, and system validation on-site.
• Lead root cause investigations and implement corrective actions to improve uptime.
• Collaborate with customer teams to optimize tooling, processes, and performance.
• Generate technical reports and maintain calibration and compliance documentation.
• Act as primary technical escalation point and support service delivery commitments.
