Job summary
Atlas Copco is seeking a hands-on Technical Site Lead to serve as the primary technical resource on the Woodward Inc. site in Rockford, IL.
You will deliver advanced troubleshooting, calibration support, and continuous improvement initiatives to maximize system performance and uptime. You will work closely with customer production, engineering, maintenance, and quality teams, providing technical coaching and serving as the escalation point for complex issues while ensuring contractual service
Qualifications
- Strong hands-on Mechanical/Electrical knowledge in industrial equipment.
- Proven ability to troubleshoot complex systems and diagnose root causes.
- Experience working on-site with customers and cross-functional teams.
Responsibilities
- Diagnose and resolve complex mechanical, electrical, and process issues.
- Lead root cause investigations to reduce downtime and quality concerns.
- Provide rapid technical support to minimize production interruptions.
- On-site collaboration with customer teams to improve performance and reliability.
- Develop technical reports, work instructions, and troubleshooting guides.
