Relativity Space is hiring a full-cycle Technical Recruiter to partner with hiring managers across hardware teams at our Cape Canaveral onsite facility. You will source, engage, manage, and close top talent to support rapid growth.

You’ll build targeted sourcing strategies, advise interview teams, and ensure a positive candidate experience while working onsite five days a week. 3+ years of experience required.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of full-cycle technical recruiting experience.
• Experience partnering with hiring managers to develop sourcing strategies.
• Experience negotiating offers and using closing strategies to secure top talent.
• Experience improving recruiting processes to drive efficiency and effectiveness.

Responsibilities

• Become a subject matter expert in hardware technical recruiting and partner with senior leaders and hiring managers to define and identify top talent.
• Develop creative strategies to engage passive candidates and close candidates.
• Serve as a trusted advisor to hiring managers and interview teams.
• Develop and implement ideas to strengthen the recruiting funnel and stay informed on industry trends.
• Advocate for an exceptional candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
