Job summary

TechDigital Group in Miami is seeking an experienced Onsite Technical Project Manager to lead large-scale digital transformation and telecom initiatives, acting as the primary interface among customer stakeholders, business teams, architects, development, QA, and offshore delivery.

The role requires strong technical acumen, project governance, stakeholder management, and the ability to drive delivery excellence across multiple workstreams, including onsite and offshore teams, with accountability

Qualifications

• PM certifications preferred (PMP, Prince2, SAFe, or Scrum Master).
• Strong experience with Agile, Scrum, Kanban and hybrid delivery.
• Experience leading onsite-offshore delivery teams.
• Excellent stakeholder and governance capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end project delivery across onsite and offshore teams.
• Manage scope, schedule, budget, risks and dependencies.
• Drive program execution and ensure milestones are met.
• Provide regular status reports to leadership and stakeholders.
• Coordinate with product owners, architects, and QA teams.
• Oversee release planning and integration approaches.
• Ensure alignment with enterprise architecture and security standards.
