Job summary

Shift Digital is seeking a Technical Project Manager to join the Software Delivery team in Birmingham, MI. You will act as a liaison between clients and the technology team, overseeing project kickoff, requirements gathering, planning, and QA support.

This on-site role requires close collaboration with internal teams and partners. The ideal candidate has 1–3 years in project management, strong communication, and a solid understanding of digital marketing.

Qualifications

• 1-3 yrs of experience in a project management role
• Solid understanding of the digital marketing and advertising landscape
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• Must be self-motivated, possess strong phone skills, and thrive in a fast-paced environment
• Tech-savvy
• Bachelor's Degree required
• Competency with MS Project and/or other project management tools
• PMP Certification is a plus
• Strong Excel skills
• Working knowledge of SQL preferred

Responsibilities

• Lead project kickoff meetings
• Work closely with internal account teams to gather initial requirements for technical projects
• Assist internal Business Analysts in gathering details required for technical requirements
• Create and manage project plans
• Ensure all stakeholders are aware if dependencies are not met or timing is at risk
• Assist with testing and QA as required
• Manage communications with vendors and partners
• Attend client and account calls/meetings as required
• Interface with creative team to develop product mockups
• Document and distribute meeting minutes for all calls/meetings

We are looking to add a Technical Project Manager to our Software Delivery team. As a Technical Project Manager you will act as a liaison between our clients and our technology team. This is an on-site role in our Birmingham, MI office and will require the employee to be on site at minimum 4 days per week.
