Job summary

TechDigital Group is seeking a highly experienced Digital eCommerce Onsite Lead to drive end-to-end delivery, Agile execution, and quality engineering across strategic digital commerce initiatives.

This role serves as the primary onsite liaison between Business, Product, Engineering, QA, Architecture, DevOps, and multiple vendor partners, ensuring seamless execution and delivery of customer-facing digital platforms.

Qualifications

• Hands-on Playwright automation framework development with Python.
• Web UI automation, API testing, and microservices testing experience.
• Strong Python programming, test framework design, and automation architecture.
• Experience with REST APIs, Postman, and API automation tools.
• Solid understanding of Agile/Scrum, release management, and sprint execution.

Responsibilities

• Lead onsite execution of Digital/eCommerce programs aligning business priorities with delivery.
• Serve as primary contact for stakeholders, product owners, engineering, QA, and vendors.
• Drive Agile ceremonies: planning, backlog grooming, standups, reviews, releases, retrospectives.
• Coordinate dependencies across engineering, QA, DevOps, architecture, and offshore teams.
• Define quality strategies, test planning, automation adoption, and production readiness.
• Establish scalable test automation frameworks for Web, Mobile, API, and microservices.
• Drive automation initiatives using Playwright, Python, API automation, and CI/CD.
• Monitor delivery health, sprint metrics, KPIs, and risk management.
• Coordinate UAT, production deployments, hypercare, and post-release validation.
• Mentor teams on automation best practices and continuous improvement.
