The Marvin Group in Southern California near LAX is seeking a Technical Program Manager to lead development programs for aerospace and defense products. The role focuses on coordinating design, manufacturing and quality assurance while maintaining AS9100 program plans and compliance.

You will work in a fast-paced cross-functional team, with strong emphasis on communications, scheduling using MS Project, and CAD tools such as CATIA. Onsite at a defense-focused facility in California.

Competenze

• Minimum 7 years in development project management.
• BSME or BSAE and 5+ years in design in aviation.
• Knowledge of mechanical electromechanical systems manufacturing.
• Able to generate and track schedules with MS Project.
• Proficient in MIL-STD reading and technical reporting.
• Excellent written and verbal English.
• Ability to lift up to 35 lbs.

Mansioni

• Coordinate cross-functional teams including design, manufacturing, QA and customer program management.
• Create and maintain AS9100 program plans and compliance evidence for R&D.
• Contribute technical and cost inputs for proposals during new business campaigns.
• Demonstrate ability to perform both as individual contributor and team leader in fast-paced environment.
