Job summary

The TPM will coordinate design, manufacturing and QA, and ensure AS9100 compliance for R&D projects. The role requires hands-on experience with MS Project, CATIA/CAD and a solid understanding of military or commercial aviation systems.

Qualifications

• Minimum 7 years’ experience in development project management.
• BSME or BSAE (or equivalent) with 5+ years in design for aviation.
• Knowledge of electromechanical systems manufacture.
• Ability to generate and track program schedules with MS Project.
• Strong organizational skills to derive lower-level tasks from high-level requirements.
• Experience reading MIL-STD documents.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Fluent in written and spoken English.
• Ability to write technical program reports.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office.
• Proof of Education required.
• Ability to lift up to 35 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate between design engineering, manufacturing, QA and customer program management.
• Create and maintain AS9100 program plans and compliance evidence for R&D.
• Support development of technical and cost inputs for Proposals.
• Lead cross-functional teams and communicate status clearly.
• Demonstrate capability as individual contributor and team leader.
