Qualifications

• Seven years of experience leading technical efforts or supervising teams supporting intelligence analysis requirements.
• Seven years of experience supporting intelligence community or related fields in intelligence collection, policy, and systems.
• Seven years of experience using principles of intelligence analysis including HUMINT and SIGINT methods.
• Five years of experience developing requirements and methodologies to collect, analyze, manage, and present intelligence in cyber investigations and operations.
• Five years of experience writing analytical reports (e.g., IIRs) and serialized intelligence products.
• Five years of experience in project management handling scope, cost, resources, risk, and schedule.

Responsibilities

• Lead and guide all Contractor personnel assigned to the OED, including task assignment and performance management.
• Ensure quality and efficiency of Contractor performance; assist Government with financial and business processes.
