Job summary

Nightwing seeks an OED Technical Lead in Maryland to provide technical leadership and oversight of personnel supporting the OED. The role includes task assignment, performance management, and ensuring contract requirements are met, with travel to CONUS and OCONUS locations as needed.

The ideal candidate holds a TS/SCI clearance and has recent experience leading intelligence analysis efforts and collaborating with the Intelligence Community, supporting agile mission objectives and program

Qualifications

• Current TS/SCI security clearance.
• Experience leading technical efforts or supervising teams supporting intelligence analysis missions (within past 10 years).
• Experience supporting Intelligence Community or related organizations in intelligence collection, policy, and systems (within past 10 years).
• Experience applying intelligence analysis methods including HUMINT and SIGINT.

Responsibilities

• Providing leadership, direction, and oversight of Nightwing personnel supporting the OED.
• Assigning tasks, monitoring workload, and overseeing team performance.
• Ensuring quality, accuracy, and timeliness of all deliverables and services.
• Supporting contract-related business operations, financial management, and reporting (excluding inherently governmental functions).
• Advising on technical approaches, operational considerations, and process improvements.
• Identifying and mitigating risks across technical, operational, staffing, and programmatic activities.
• Facilitating collaboration across Government, Nightwing, and external stakeholders.
