Sentar Inc. in Linthicum Heights, MD seeks an OED Technical Lead to guide the Contractor team on the OED program, ensuring timely, high-quality delivery and compliance with contract requirements.

This role requires TS/SCI eligibility, strong leadership and project-management skills, and willingness to travel CONUS/OCONUS as needed. The lead will assign tasks, oversee technical efforts, and coordinate with government stakeholders to optimize performance.

Qualifications

• Clearance TS/SCI eligible.
• 7+ years leading technical efforts or supervising teams for intelligence analysis.
• 7+ years supporting IC or related Gov, industrial, and academic communities in intelligence collection and policy.

Responsibilities

• Provide overall leadership for all Contractor personnel assigned to the OED.
• Assign tasks to Contractor personnel and supervise ongoing technical efforts.
• Manage overall performance of the Contractor team and ensure quality and efficiency of performance.
• Assist Government with financial and business processes of this PWS, excluding inherently Governmental functions.
• Occasionally travel to CONUS and OCONUS locations.
