Job summary

Sentar is seeking an OED Technical Lead in Linthicum Heights, MD. This role provides leadership for all Contractor personnel assigned to the OED, including task assignments, supervision of technical efforts, and overall performance management.

The ideal candidate has seven years in leading technical efforts in intelligence settings and five years in cyber investigations and operations, with TS/SCI eligibility. Travel to CONUS/OCONUS locations may be required.

Qualifications

• Seven years leading technical efforts or supervising teams supporting intelligence requirements.
• Seven years supporting intelligence community or related Government, industrial, and academic communities in intelligence collection and policy and intelligence systems.
• Seven years using principles and methodologies of intelligence analysis including HUMINT and SIGINT.
• Five years developing requirements and methodologies to collect, analyze, manage, and present intelligence for cyber investigations and operations.
• Five years writing analytic reports (e.g., IIRs) and serialized intelligence products.
• Five years of project management handling scope, cost, resources, risk, and schedule.

Responsibilities

• Provide overall leadership for all Contractor personnel assigned to the OED.
• Assign tasks, supervise ongoing technical efforts, and manage Contractor team performance.
• Ensure quality and efficiency of Contractor performance and assist Government with financial and business processes of the PWS.
• Occasionally travel to CONUS and OCONUS locations.
