Job summary

America's Innovation Corporation in El Segundo is seeking an on-site software engineer to embed with design partners and manufacturers, building trust and delivering impact on the factory floor.

You will write production code across the full stack, develop data models and ETL, design APIs, and collaborate with hardware teams to deploy integrated solutions.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of software engineering in a fast, collaborative production environment.
• Product and design experience.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience with data modeling, ETL, system and API design, frontend, algorithms, hardware integration, data science, or ML.

Responsibilities

• Embed on-site with design partners and manufacturers to build trust and deploy solutions.
• Develop the software end-to-end across the stack (data models, ETL, backend, frontend, ML pipelines).
• Translate field observations into concrete requirements and drive delivery with on-site and HQ teams.
• Coordinate deployment sequencing and change management to align software with operations.
• Own outcomes, focusing on operational maturity and partner value, not just features.
• Write production code across data, APIs, algorithms, and hardware integrations.
• Collaborate with hardware and design partners to ensure adoption and impact.
