Job summary

Everforth ECS seeks a Technical Documentation & Data Developer to work onsite at the USPS MTSC in Norman, OK. You will research, draft, publish, and maintain digital technical documentation for maintenance procedures and component data, and troubleshoot workflows for mail processing equipment.

Applicants must obtain USPS Public Trust clearance (US Citizenship or Green Card), hold an associate degree, and have 2–4 years of related experience.

• Experience writing maintenance procedures and configuration information.
• Proficiency with MS Office and technical writing standards.

Responsibilities

• Research, develop, publish, and maintain technical documentation.
• Draft and document maintenance procedures, assemblies, and configuration data.
• Troubleshoot workflows for mail processing equipment with limited SME support.
• Identify inaccuracies in maintenance deliverables and coordinate corrections.
• Collaborate within a team to meet schedules and budgets for documentation.
• Travel within the United States up to 25% for documentation tasks.
