Qualifications

• 2–5 years of related experience in maintenance, quality, or a similar field.
• Ability to perform routine troubleshooting and system configurations independently.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail in managing inventory and documentation.
• Excellent communication skills to effectively assist end users and coordinate with support teams.

Responsibilities

• Monitor systems to detect performance issues and resolve technical problems on hardware and software platforms using established protocols.
• Conduct routine installations, configurations, and assemble and integrate systems/products according to standard procedures.
• Assist end users with device functionality and troubleshoot common technical issues such as paper jams and device errors.
• Manage consumable inventory, including replacing toner, consumables, and paper, ensuring availability at customer sites.
• Coordinate with support teams and report customer satisfaction or dissatisfaction to relevant stakeholders to improve service quality.
