Job summary

Batbox, based in Dallas, TX, seeks a Technical Client Support Specialist to troubleshoot Batbox simulators and related tech for partners and venues across North America. You’ll handle hardware, software, and access issues by phone, email, and chat, while keeping internal systems secure and organized.

The role requires calm, clear communication with non-technical users, on-site availability in Dallas, and occasional domestic travel for on-site support.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years in technical client support or IT help desk
• Ability to troubleshoot hardware and software issues independently
• Strong written and verbal communication for non-technical clients
• Basic networking knowledge (Wi-Fi, routers, Ethernet)
• Willingness to travel domestically for onsite support

Responsibilities

• Own issues from start to finish for Batbox simulators across our partner network.
• Provide internal technology support for Batbox team members.
• Train partners and venue teams to operate and troubleshoot Batbox simulators.
• Create and maintain knowledge base articles for common problems and solutions.
• Manage user accounts, permissions, licenses, and security settings across platforms.
