Job summary

EPITEC in Dubuque, IA is seeking a Team Lead to oversee daily production operations onsite on the 1st shift (5:30 AM - 3:00 PM). The role offers $38.00–$40.00/hour and focuses on safety, quality, and delivery while guiding a high-performing team.

You will develop schedules, coach staff, enforce standards, and coordinate with management to meet customer commitments. Overtime may be required to meet production demands.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Prior leadership in a manufacturing environment.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to motivate and develop diverse teams.
• Experience with performance management and accountability.
• Knowledge of manufacturing processes and safety requirements.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office applications.
• Willing to work overtime, including weekends.
