Paylocity is seeking a Production Shift Lead in Iowa to oversee all production on the 1st shift (Mon-Fri, 6am-2pm). Responsibilities include directing staff, maintaining efficiency, ensuring quality, and upholding safety and cleanliness.

You will act as the on-site contact for employee questions and coordinate with the Plant Manager on equipment and personnel issues. The role offers competitive hourly pay ($19.50–$23.00) with potential increases based on performance, attendance, and accuracy

Qualifications

• 3+ years Leadership/Supervisor experience preferred.
• Excellent attendance record required; longevity at previous job is a plus.
• Experience in manufacturing/animal nutrition/feedmill is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Direct staff and manage all production on shift.
• Maintain production efficiency and ensure product quality.
• Uphold safety and cleanliness standards on the shift.
• Serve as on-site point of contact for employee questions and issues.
• Collaborate with Plant Manager to address equipment, personnel and production matters.
