Intuit seeks dedicated TurboTax Local Service Experts to join our on-site team and deliver end-to-end tax services to individuals and small businesses. You will handle tax preparation, offer expert advice, and connect clients with Intuit’s broader ecosystem while actively growing the local client base.

Candidates should bring strong tax credentials (EA/CPA or attorney), be comfortable onsite, and able to work 20+ hours weekly.

Formación

• EA (Enrolled Agent), CPA, or Attorney with strong tax preparation experience.
• Active PTIN required to file taxes.
• Minimum of 3 years of paid experience filing 30+ federal/state 1040 returns per season using professional software.
• Willing to upskill into other service types (bookkeeping, payroll, advisory) with training.
• Must be onsite at a TurboTax office, 8:00–17:00, Mon–Fri, for at least 20 hours/week.
• Willing to complete all required training and wear Intuit uniforms.
• Interest in building local and online social presence as a TurboTax Expert.
• Bilingual English/Spanish a plus.
• Experience in holistic tax advisory services beyond tax filing.

Responsabilidades

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation for TurboTax clients, handling simple to complex scenarios.
• Act as a community ambassador, grow local client base through outreach and events.
• Connect clients to Intuit ecosystem solutions like bookkeeping and financial planning.
• Build lasting relationships with clients to drive year-round engagement.
• Deliver exceptional customer experiences across in-person and video interactions.
