Job summary

Intuit Inc. seeks TurboTax Retail Experts to work on-site at our Retail or Flagship locations across the United States, serving in-person customers with tax expertise and personalized service.

You'll provide full service tax return preparation, tax advice, and software support, while building a local client base and strengthening community ties through proactive outreach and education. This role is non-exempt and requires onsite presence.

Qualifications

• Active EA/CPA/attorney license required.
• 3+ years of paid tax prep experience with 1040s.
• Must reside in the United States.
• Onsite availability 20+ hours per week, weekends included.
• Must be willing to wear TurboTax uniform.

Responsibilities

• Be a proactive community ambassador for TurboTax locally.
• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation services.
• Deliver a best-in-class customer experience in-person and via digital tools.
