Job summary

Intuit is seeking Tax professionals to join our TurboTax Retail team as on-site Retail Experts at a TurboTax location in the United States. You will perform full-service tax preparation, offer tax advice, and help grow the local client base while delivering a superior customer experience.

Ideal candidates hold an active EA/CPA/attorney license with strong tax knowledge, possess a PTIN, and are comfortable working in a front-facing retail setting. Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus.

Qualifications

• Active, unrestricted EA, CPA, or attorney license with strong tax preparation experience.
• Active PTIN as required by law to file taxes.
• Must possess or be able to obtain related State licenses, certificates, permits, or bonds.
• Minimum of 3 years of paid experience filing 30+ federal and state individual 1040 tax returns per tax season using professional tax preparation software.
• Comfortable working onsite at a TurboTax retail or flagship location, Sunday through Saturday, for a minimum of 20 hours per week.
• Must reside within the United States and be able to obtain required licenses.

Responsibilities

• Be a proactive community ambassador, representing TurboTax locally and building a client base.
• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation services for TurboTax customers.
• Deliver a best-in-class customer experience and foster long-term client relationships.
