You will provide full-service tax preparation, tax advice, and software support while growing a local client base and building lasting relationships.

Qualifications

• Active, unrestricted EA, CPA, or attorney license with tax preparation experience.
• PTIN required to file taxes.
• Minimum of 3 years of paid tax prep experience handling 30+ returns.
• Must be comfortable working onsite at a TurboTax retail or flagship location and 20+ hours per week.

Responsabilités

• Represent TurboTax locally and attract clients in the community.
• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation services for TurboTax customers.
• Deliver exceptional customer service and build long-term client relationships.
• Engage in local marketing and community outreach with TurboTax support.
