Intuit is seeking TurboTax Retail Experts to work on-site at a TurboTax Retail or Flagship location in California, delivering in-person tax preparation and advisory services.

You will engage with clients, grow the local client base, and provide clear tax guidance using TurboTax tools. The role requires 20+ hours weekly, weekend availability, and professional presentation in a retail environment.

Qualificações

• Active, unrestricted EA, CPA, or attorney license with strong tax prep experience.
• Must have PTIN to file taxes.
• Must possess or obtain any related State licenses, certificates, permits, or bonds.
• Minimum of 3 years of paid experience filing 30+ federal and state individual 1040 tax returns per tax season using professional tax preparation software.
• Familiarity with Circular 230.
• Willing to work onsite at a TurboTax retail or flagship location, 20+ hours per week, including weekends.
• Willing to wear a TurboTax uniform.
• Experience in holistic tax advisory services beyond tax filing.

Responsabilidades

• Grow local client base and referrals with marketing support.
• Deliver exceptional customer experience and build long-term relationships.
