Intuit's TurboTax Retail team is hiring year-round Retail Experts to work on-site at a TurboTax Retail or Flagship location in California, including Norwalk. You will provide hands-on tax preparation, tax advice, and software support, serving customers in person and helping them navigate complex tax situations with clarity and empathy.

This role combines tax expertise with community engagement, growing the local client base, delivering outstanding service, and representing TurboTax in marketing

Qualifications

• Active, unrestricted EA, CPA, or attorney license with strong tax preparation experience and deep tax knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Be a proactive community ambassador for TurboTax locally, engaging with new prospects and converting them into long-term clients.
