Job summary

Intuit is hiring TurboTax - Retail Experts to work on-site at TurboTax Retail or Flagship locations across the United States. You will provide full service tax preparation, tax advice, and software support to in-person customers while growing the client base in your local community.

The role emphasizes customer engagement, outreach, and building long-term relationships. Candidates should be licensed tax professionals with 3+ years of experience and willingness to work in a front-facing retail

Qualifications

• Active, unrestricted EA, CPA, or attorney license with strong tax preparation experience preferred.
• PTIN required to file taxes.
• Must have or obtain state licenses/certificates/bonds.
• Minimum of 3 years of paid tax prep experience with 30+ federal/state returns.
• Familiarity with Circular 230.
• Onsite 20+ hours/week at TurboTax location.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete tax returns for TurboTax customers.
• Conduct discovery sessions and tax reviews to optimize deductions and refunds.
• Deliver excellent customer experience and build long-term client relationships.
