Job summary

Intuit Inc. is seeking proactive TurboTax Retail Experts to work onsite at TurboTax Retail or Flagship locations across the United States.

You will assist in-person customers with full-service tax preparation, advice, and software support, while building local client relationships and contributing to growth in the community. The role requires strong tax knowledge, annual tax season experience, and the ability to engage customers in a front-facing retail environment.

Qualifications

• Active, unrestricted EA, CPA, or attorney license preferred.
• Must have or be able to obtain PTIN to file taxes.
• Minimum 3 years of paid experience filing 30+ federal and state returns per tax season using professional software.
• Familiarity with Circular 230.
• Must be able to work onsite at a TurboTax location, 20 hours per week, including weekends.

Responsibilities

• Be a proactive community ambassador, engaging with prospects and building local presence.
• Provide tax expertise by giving advice and completing returns for TurboTax customers.
• Deliver a best-in-class customer experience through professionalism and client-focused service.
