Job summary

Intuit is seeking dedicated individuals to join as TurboTax Local Service Experts at a local TurboTax location. You will perform full-service tax return preparation, provide expert tax advice, and collaborate with a network of specialists to deliver end-to-end client solutions.

You'll engage with the community to attract new clients, build lasting relationships, and leverage marketing tools to grow the local TurboTax practice.

Qualifications

• Enrolled Agent, CPA, or Attorney with strong tax preparation experience and knowledge of tax laws.
• Active PTIN required to file taxes.
• 3+ years of paid experience filing 30+ federal/state returns per season using professional tax software; familiarity with Circular 230.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete tax returns for TurboTax clients, from simple to complex scenarios.
• Grow the local TurboTax client base through outreach, events, and partnerships.
• Coordinate with bookkeeping, payroll, and advisory teams to deliver end-to-end client solutions.
• Deliver excellent customer service and maintain trust with clients in-person and via remote tools.
• Work onsite at a TurboTax location and participate in marketing-supported growth initiatives.
