Job summary

Intuit seeks TurboTax Retail Experts to work onsite at TurboTax Retail or Flagship locations across the United States. You will provide hands-on tax preparation, advice, and software support to in-person customers while growing the local client base.

Active tax licenses (EA/CPA/attorney) and 3+ years of tax prep experience are required. You will represent TurboTax in the local community and may engage in marketing activities with TurboTax support.

Qualifications

• Active, unrestricted EA, CPA, or attorney license required.
• Minimum of 3 years of paid experience filing 30+ federal and state tax returns per season.
• Must reside within the United States and be able to work onsite at a TurboTax location.
• Must be willing to work in a front-facing retail environment, including Sundays through Saturdays for at least 20 hours per week.

Responsibilities

• Represent TurboTax locally and engage with the community to grow the client base.
• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete tax preparation services for TurboTax customers.
• Deliver a best-in-class customer experience through professional service and clear communication.
