Intuit seeks a TurboTax - Local Service Expert to provide hands-on tax preparation and personalized tax advice at a local TurboTax location in the United States. You will serve in-person and virtual clients, collaborating with a broader team to deliver end-to-end TurboTax experiences.

Qualifications

• EA (Enrolled Agent), CPA or Attorney with strong tax preparation experience.
• Active PTIN required to file taxes.
• Minimum 3 years of paid experience filing 30+ federal/state Form 1040 returns per season.
• Willing to upskill into bookkeeping, payroll or advisory services with training.
• Onsite TurboTax office work; 20 hours/week minimum; 8:00–17:00 schedule.
• Must complete all required training and development; uniforms and advertising usage may apply.
• Interest in building local/community presence as a TurboTax Expert.
• Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus; holistic tax advisory experience valued.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation for TurboTax clients, including complex tax scenarios.
• Act as a proactive community ambassador to grow the local client base.
• Connect clients with Intuit solutions including bookkeeping, payroll, and financial planning.
• Build long-term relationships and deliver a trusted, end-to-end Intuit experience.
• Deliver excellent customer service and guide clients through tax planning and questions.
• Interact with customers in person and via Intuit video tools; assist with inquiries.
