Job summary

Intuit Inc. seeks TurboTax Retail Experts to work on-site at TurboTax Retail or Flagship locations in the United States.

You will provide full-service tax preparation, tax advice, and software support to customers, while growing the local client base and fostering long-term relationships in the community. You’ll be part of a collaborative team of financial experts, representing TurboTax locally and through marketing support.

Qualifications

• Active, unrestricted EA, CPA, or attorney license required.
• PTIN as required by law to file taxes.
• Must possess or obtain relevant state licenses, certificates, permits, or bonds.
• Minimum of 3 years of paid experience filing 30+ federal/state 1040 tax returns per tax season.

Responsibilities

• Be a proactive community ambassador for TurboTax locally.
• Engage with new prospects, nurture leads, and convert prospects into long-term clients.
• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation services for TurboTax customers.
