This role blends tax expertise, entrepreneurship, and community engagement to help customers navigate tax needs and support Intuit7s mission of Powering Prosperity Around the World. You will work on-site with a team of financial experts, serving in-person customers who use TurboTax products, providing full-service tax preparation, tax advice, and product

Qualifications

• Active, unrestricted EA/CPA/attorney license and strong tax preparation experience.
• PTIN required to file taxes.
• State licenses, certificates, permits, or bonds may be needed.
• Minimum 3 years of paid experience filing 30+ federal/state 1040s per season using professional software.
• Familiarity with Circular 230.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation services for TurboTax customers, addressing simple to complex tax situations.
• Grow TurboTax client base and build long-term relationships in the local community.
• Deliver exceptional customer experience and help clients achieve financial goals.
