Intuit is seeking TurboTax Retail Experts to assist customers in-person at TurboTax Retail or Flagship locations across the United States. You will provide tax preparation, advice, and software support while building lasting relationships with local communities.

The role is on-site, non-exempt, with a base pay range for California and a strong pay-for-performance package including benefits and growth opportunities with Intuit.

Qualifications

• Active license required (EA/CPA/Attorney).
• Minimum 3 years of paid tax return experience.
• On-site, retail environment; ability to work weekends.
• Willingness to wear TurboTax uniform.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax preparation and advice for TurboTax customers.
• Develop local client base and nurture community relationships.
• Deliver quality customer service and resolve inquiries.
• Work with marketing and tools to grow the client portfolio.
