Intuit Inc. seeks a TurboTax Local Service Expert to provide hands‑on tax advice and full‑service preparation for clients, from straightforward W‑2 returns to complex business filings, while guiding customers through the broader Intuit ecosystem.

You will collaborate with specialists in bookkeeping, payroll, and advisory services to deliver end‑to‑end support, grow a local client base, and act as a community ambassador through events, training, and online content.

Qualifications

• EA, CPA or practicing attorney with tax prep experience preferred.
• Active PTIN required to file taxes.
• Minimum 3 years of paid tax prep: 1040s filed per season using professional software.
• Willing to upskill into bookkeeping, payroll, advisory with training.
• Must be onsite 20 hours/week, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM, Mon–Fri.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation for TurboTax clients.
• Assist with personal and business tax, deductions, amendments.
• Collaborate with specialists to deliver end-to-end service across Intuit ecosystem.
• Build local client base through outreach and community events.
• Grow client relationships with local and online presence.

PTIN holder

Tax prep experience (>30 returns)

Bilingual English/Spanish
