Job summary

Intuit Inc. is seeking motivated individuals to join us as TurboTax Local Service Experts. You will provide on-site income tax preparation and expert advice, serving in-person and virtual clients while collaborating with a network of tax, bookkeeping, payroll, and advisory specialists.

Qualifications

• EA (Enrolled Agent) or CPA with tax expertise.
• Active PTIN to file taxes is required by law.
• Minimum 3 years of paid experience filing 30+ federal/state returns.
• Willing to upskill into bookkeeping, payroll, advisory services.
• Onsite work at a TurboTax location, 20+ hours/week.
• Must reside in the United States and meet licensing requirements.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation for TurboTax clients.
• Identify deductions, optimise tax liabilities, and offer planning advice.
• Grow local client base through outreach and community events.
• Coordinate with specialists to deliver end-to-end Intuit services.
