Intuit is seeking highly motivated individuals to join our team as TurboTax Retail Experts at TurboTax Retail or Flagship locations across the United States. You will work on-site helping customers with in-person tax preparation and advice, using TurboTax software to deliver accurate results.

Qualifications

• Active, unrestricted EA, CPA, or attorney license required.
• PTIN required by law to file taxes.
• Must be able to obtain state licenses or permits.
• Minimum of 3 years of paid tax preparation with 1040 returns.
• Experience with tax law (Circular 230) preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete tax return preparation for TurboTax customers.
• Offer tax planning and deductions optimization.
• Deliver exceptional customer service in a front-facing retail environment.
