Job summary

Intuit is seeking TurboTax Retail Experts to work onsite at TurboTax Retail or Flagship locations across the United States. You will provide hands-on tax return preparation, tax advice, and support customers in person, helping them navigate complex tax situations while building lasting client relationships.

You'll engage with the local community, grow the TurboTax presence, and operate in a frontline retail environment, wearing a TurboTax uniform and delivering excellent service.

Qualifications

• Active, unrestricted CPA/EA or attorney license with strong tax preparation experience.
• Must have PTIN to file taxes.
• On-site at a TurboTax retail or flagship location, Sunday–Saturday, 20 hours/week minimum.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation services for TurboTax customers.
• Conduct tax reviews to uncover deductions and plan future taxes.
• Deliver an exceptional customer experience in a front-facing retail setting.
