Job summary

Intuit, Inc. is seeking TurboTax Retail Experts to assist on-site at TurboTax Retail or Flagship locations across the United States.

You will provide in-person tax preparation, advice, and software support, while building lasting relationships in your community. You'll be a trusted advisor, helping customers navigate their tax needs, grow the local TurboTax client base, and collaborate with marketing and product teams to deliver a top-tier customer experience.

Qualifications

• Active, unrestricted EA, CPA, or attorney license.
• Must have PTIN and be able to file taxes.
• Must possess or obtain state licenses/certificates/bonds as required.
• Minimum 3 years of paid tax return filing experience (30+ returns/season).
• Familiarity with Circular 230.
• Comfortable working onsite 20+ hours/week; weekends possible.
• Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus.
• Experience in holistic tax advisory services beyond filing.
• Willing to wear TurboTax uniform and work in front-facing retail.

Responsibilities

• Be a proactive community ambassador and local face of TurboTax.
• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete tax returns for customers.
• Deliver an exceptional customer experience and build lasting client relationships.
